When a new user joins Field, we collect demographic information as well as their interests. We combine this data with their location to make recommendations on activities that we think they will like.
When you add your activity to Field, your exposure to potential new participants instantly expands. And marketing is handled for you automatically.
With Field, you’ll no longer need a separate website.
Potential new participants get all of the information they need about your activity right in Field. This includes a description, details on where and when, costs, requirements, contact info, photos and anything else you provide.
Once they have registered, your profile automatically switches to become their hub for participating. They’ll be able to find the schedule of events, updates and a roster of all registered participants.
Profiles are shareable outside of the app so you can still market to anyone who doesn’t have Field yet.
Once someone decides to join your activity, our frustration-free registration process takes them less than 30 seconds to complete.
It’s also easy for you to setup and customize. Choose from a variety of registration types and set parameters for age, experience and limits. Ask custom questions. And require participants to agree to a liability waiver.
If you want to charge a registration fee, participants pay directly in the app — we handle the transaction and security.
For organizers that already have an existing registration system, we support that too.
Getting busy people to show up can be a challenge. Luckily, Field has a really smart scheduler that saves a ton of time and increases your participation rates.
Add your events to the schedule and the app takes care of the rest. Participants will be notified of new events and asked to RSVP.
As an event approaches, participants who have not responded will be automatically reminded to do so.
When an event has ended, you’ll have a record of who attended.
Field eliminates confusion by providing a single place for all communication and replaces the need for redundant emails, texts and social media posts.
When you post an update for your activity, all participants receive a notification on their phone. They’ll also get a backup copy in their email.
Participants can use Field to directly message each other, or you. And there’s a private chat just for managers.
Field is free for everyone. That includes all of our features.
The only time there is a fee is if you collect registration fees for your activities in Field.
